A prestigious consultancy providing development infrastructure solutions from planning through to full implementation is seeking to recruit a Chartered Civil engineer for senior infrastructure Engineer /Principal role.You will provide high level advice to mainly private sector clients on planning and design issues relating to highways sewerage flood protection and services co ordination on residential retail industrial and commercial developments. You will lead the development infrastructure team working on a wide variety of feasibility studies/assessments and major design projects and focusing on highways and drainage issues. You can expect to be manage a number of projects / client accounts at any given time undertaking a varied work profile and rewarding challenges.You will have experience in both highway and drainage design. Ideally you will be familiar with the preparation of drawings for contract documents and section 38 278 and 104 adoption agreements.You will have good working knowledge of the design of sewers using WINDES and the design of highways using PDS together with experience in applying Highways Agency Local Authority and Drainage design guidance. You will also have experience of undertaking Flood Risk Assessments and applying the principles of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SUDS).
