Large mainstream owner-managed Structural Engineers has a requirement for a Director level Structural Engineer to join the 30 strong London Structures team as replacement for Director who has been promoted through to Partner level.

Candidates will need to have extensive post-chartership experience in the design, project, team and division-running within another UK consultancy. They should be Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE and should have good team leadership skills. Furthermore they should be highly-skilled in motivation of staff as well as taking on the financial management of a successful division.

Current workload is a diverse mixture of projects in various sectors of “building structures” engineering with project values up to £100million in value.

Top base salary and benefits combined with the chance to progress through in the medium-term to Partner level.
