Join our Lincolnshire Operations Team and yoursquo;ll play an important role in ensuring future generations inherit a cleaner, healthier world. The role With one third of Lincolnshire at a risk of flooding, yoursquo;ll look at the way our large flood defence schemes and projects are built and maintained from a technical viewpoint. Yoursquo;ll work with our Operations Manager and Field Team Leaders, to provide engineering advice and guidance to our internal teams, along with the national capital project management service and other external contractors. Yoursquo;ll ensure we deliver our programmes and meet construction design regulations on time and to budget. About you Yoursquo;re a fully qualified Chartered Civil Engineer with a proven track record in project management. Technically focused, yoursquo;re an enthusiastic self starter whorsquo;s comfortable managing their own workload and producing results from the off. Confident and credible, yoursquo;ll use your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build solid working relationships with everyone you meet, from the general public to internal colleagues and external agencies.
