Job description
Small owner-managed Structural Engineers based in West London have a requirement for a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to join the business acting as No 2 to Senior Director.
Candidates will need to be Chartered with IStructE and must have extensive design and project-running experience gained in a small-practice. Additionally they must be capable of servicing current clients and developing new ones.
Current Director is looking at reducing his hours generally over the medium term and needs a person who is capable of taking over the throne.
Current projects are a wide mixture of smaller domestic residential refurbs and new-builds combined with some commercial, education, retail and industrial projects with values generally under £1million.
Good base salary and nominal benefits in a role that could be "half-one-house" to setting up on your own business with release equity over the coming years.
